The Kind of Studio We’re Trying to Be
When we started this studio, we imagined a space where ideas could grow, mechanics could be tuned carefully, and games could be made with care.
Then the pigeons joined the team.
Everything changed.
We’re a team. Humans and pigeons, working together. It’s chaotic and unpredictable, but that’s what making games is about and the environment we want. The pigeons bring unexpected solutions, and a kind of joyful disorder that keeps us from overthinking.
We want to make games that are chill, but not lazy. Smooth, but not predictable.
There’s a quiet energy here: we move deliberately, then a pigeon swoops in and adds speed, surprise, or nonsense. Reminding us that play should be fun first.
Our values guide everything we do.
Creativity first. Everyone, human or pigeon, can propose an idea, whether it’s wild, ridiculous, or brilliant.
Playfulness matters. We want our work to be fun, surprising, and full of energy. If it’s not enjoyable for us, it won’t be for the players.
Collaboration. We listen to each other, debate ideas, and build on what works. Even nonsense sparks the next great concept.
Curiosity drives us. We explore new mechanics, test strange interactions, and push boundaries.
We want people to feel welcome here, whether they’re playing our games or just watching the pigeons wreak havoc.
Above all, we want our games, and our studio, to reflect who we are as a team: creative, playful, collaborative, curious, and welcoming.
We may not always know where we’re going, or what the pigeons will do next, but we know the kind of studio we’re trying to be.
